Paul and his crew at Precision Detailing did an outstanding job on my new 2026 Toyota Rav4! Had paint protection film installed on the hood for that extra layer of protection and the rest of the car ceramic coated. Also did touch ups on a couple of chips that are now unrecognizable, I can’t even tell a chip was there before. Will highly recommend anyone to have their vehicle detailed with Precision Detailing they have definitely exceeded my expectations above and beyond!
It was my first visit at KMS. When I walked in, I was greeted and told to relax in the chairs while I waited. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. They made me feel like I've been a customer for a while. Hannah was my stylist. She did a great job cutting my hair and I was super comfortable with her! I felt like the price was fair for a shampoo/cutting/styling. I would highly recommend KMS to everyone. This is my new go to hair salon! Thank you for being so great!

Neil and his wife, Deanna, were incredibly professional from start to finish and guided me through the complete transformation of my front, side, and back yards. Earlier this year, I had a French drain installed and my foundation excavated to waterproof my basement. The heavy equipment absolutely destroyed my yard, and the excavation also required my front walkway and steps to be removed. I essentially had to start over.
New Image Landscape didn't just restore my property—they made it better than it was before. They installed a beautiful new front walkway and steps, along with a brand-new backyard patio that has made the space so much more functional and enjoyable.
My backyard presented a unique challenge. It slopes toward the house, and a previous homeowner had removed an above-ground pool without properly filling or leveling the area, leaving behind multiple ravine-like dips and uneven terrain. New Image's team expertly machine-graded the entire yard, creating a smooth, properly contoured surface that completely transformed the space. They then overseeded, applied straw, set up my sprinkler system to ensure full coverage, and took the time to walk me through the watering schedule and ongoing maintenance so I'd have the best chance of establishing a healthy lawn.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They carefully planned the timing of the work around the weather and other environmental factors that I never would have considered. Throughout the entire project, communication was outstanding. Neil and Deanna kept me informed every step of the way, answered every question promptly, and always had thoughtful solutions for any concerns I had.

Worst experience with a dentist ever !!! They don't know what it means to have Insurance and being in-network. Had a bridge done that took 5 months to get put in. But before that they made me pay $3800 something up front and before I could get the bridge they wanted Insurance to pay the remaining $1,000. They tried submitting to Insurance numerous times. Couldn't get it right..So I had to submit to Insurance and then they got paid in less than 2 weeks. Per the Explanation of Benefits.. Covered charge was $2,074...my Patient Responsibility was only $ 1,104.50. They refuse to give me my refund and stated the EOB was wrong. I have Dental Insurance....why should I pay as if I didn't or was out-of-network?? They should follow Insurance fee schedule not their own !!

Outstanding customer service. I read every review before I called for a a quote. They have a great selection of liner samples to look over and are experts in design and matching your needs to the right equipment. What mattered most to me was the open communication from start to finish. My only regret was not getting the ball moving sooner and scheduling a consultation for our liner repair and equipment updates. We waited until last October and had some issues getting the pool measured and winterized before the leaves began to fall. I strongly suggest that if you plan to make updates, reach out as soon a possible to be at the top of the job list when spring arrives. Our pool is absolutely beautiful and the new pump, filter and heater are quiet, efficient and easy to use. Thank you Bob, and the rest of the Mr Pools crew. You are top notch professionals and I’m proud to have done business with you.
