We were camping in the area and had booked Grooming for our Senior Australian Shepherd . She was so very sweet, and knowledgeable about his breed, and genuinely cared about his age and took great care of him. She was kind, helpful, and listened to what we wanted and his needs.
Woke up to find the house 62 degrees and the heater blowing out cold air. Called Jim and he and Mario were able to come out and diagnose the issue. We ended up having to replace the furnace and because of age, we also elected to replace the A/C unit as well.
The crew had us up and running in a day. Jim also lent us space heaters for the living room and bedroom over night to keep the house and us warm.
Excellent and fast service. Professional and courteous to our needs. Follow-up a few days later to check all outside connections. Had to install a new exhaust pipe, requiring a new hole through the basement wall.
We had used their services in the past for spot maintenance and had an existing relationship.

Outstanding customer service. I read every review before I called for a a quote. They have a great selection of liner samples to look over and are experts in design and matching your needs to the right equipment. What mattered most to me was the open communication from start to finish. My only regret was not getting the ball moving sooner and scheduling a consultation for our liner repair and equipment updates. We waited until last October and had some issues getting the pool measured and winterized before the leaves began to fall. I strongly suggest that if you plan to make updates, reach out as soon a possible to be at the top of the job list when spring arrives. Our pool is absolutely beautiful and the new pump, filter and heater are quiet, efficient and easy to use. Thank you Bob, and the rest of the Mr Pools crew. You are top notch professionals and I’m proud to have done business with you.

Absolutely wonderful salon! Bobby was amazing and did a fantastic job with my hair cut. They took the perfect amount off and I absolutely love how it turned out. The entire place was great and so cute and we felt so comfortable the entire time. Everyone was so nice and didn't mind that we brought our 4 month old with us. I'll definitely be back when it's time for some maintenance.
Absolutely love this company- they respond quickly to requests/ questions, offer suggestions for yard improvement or maintenance, their staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and their plans cover all areas of yard maintenance. As an older couple, having a company we can depend on to manage yard work enables us to stay in our home longer. Highly recommend !!
