“Tonight was my first yoga class at Essential Escape and it will not be my last. The teacher was Teresa Fragale. Her class was non-threatening, challenging, comprehensive and fun. At the beginning Teresa said that it was a practice, there was no right or wrong way to do yoga and that she encouraged laughing and singing. I am very new to yoga and never once felt self conscious. I am looking forward to her next class in a beautiful space with a great vibe.“

“I'm sure you've heard this before, but I literally couldn't bend at the waist on Thursday. I tried to get in at a couple of the other chiropractor around for an emergency. none could take me for a week. I called Starkey and I saw Dr B Friday morning. He was able to help a little, but suggested that I try needling. They were able to get me in on Saturday. By Saturday evening I was back to 80%. Went to work (auto technician) and worked the day pain free! I had schedule a follow up needling with Dr Liz on Monday after work. She was extremely happy with my progress and after treatment suggested to wait and see rather than just scheduling me over and over. Today, Tuesday I had a follow up with Dr B. He did a follow up check and was so happy with the progress didn't want to see me for 2 weeks. EVERY time I've gone to a chiropractor in the past they want to see you couple times a week for months or till your insurance runs out. These people TRULY CARE ABOUT HELPING YOU!!“
