“We had Andrea booked for our wedding. Let me just start with this— the flowers turned out beautiful! She showed up on time for set-up on wedding day, and she was very pleasant to talk to. Our ceremony and reception space looked incredible, and everything looked exactly how I had imagined. We were able to get everything we had hoped for at a fraction of the cost of other local florists we had reached out to. I am docking a star because communication could definitely be improved. I often had to reach out multiple times or had to wait for responses. I had also tried to schedule an in-person appointment to discuss all of our last-minute details and was told that I would have to pay extra in order to add that on to my service, which I thought was odd. Overall, the flowers were gorgeous and very well-priced, but some things on the admin side could definitely be improved!“
