Found a leak around 830 pm- 9pm in my basement coming from the Pressure Regulating Valve. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they initially set up an appointment for 2 days out. About 20 min later the owner was calling, texting, emailing and had his wife Facebook message me that they could have someone out to see me the next day. Matt called me around 9 am the next morning and told me he could be over in 5 minutes if I was ready. Matt was GREAT. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, wasn't pushy (used car salesperson), and very friendly! It took him a total of about 2 hours to get in, fix it, and leave. What a great company and wonderful customer service! Thank you Matt, Brian, and Lynne!
