Where to begin. Let’s just say I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist. Not sure anyone is. The last several years I’ve faced some difficult health challenges including chemotherapy. My teeth were a mess. I knew I was looking at some extensive dental work and kept putting it off. Fortunately for me my wife shopped at the “new” Buehlers and saw a sign for Frontier Dental. I reluctantly looked them up online to see what they are all about. Rather impressive qualifications. Wow and these guys are in Medina. I filled out an online form and hit submit. That easy. My fears were quickly diminished by a phone call from Ann. A no pressure phone interview from the sweetest, caring woman I will never forget. Her empathy was real and she assured me the Doctor Karunagaran could help me. Visit scheduled. Dr. K didn’t just crawl in my mouth to see how much he could make off me. We had a get to know us conversation about who we are and what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable and confident in Dr K. X-rays and an examination and an intro to Dr. Horan followed. You really need to review both of their qualifications and experience. In Medina folks! My options, my goals and my budget were presented to me with absolutely no pressure or up selling. Between Ann, Dr Horan and Dr. K, I felt I had found just what I needed. Two weeks ago I had Dr Horan performing extractions while Dr K was fitting me with my temporary denture. There is nothing about this process that would be considered enjoyable. What impressed me the most was that they know that. The compassion and care Dr. K has provided me with that day and since that day are incredible. He called my home to check on me after the surgery. He painstakingly has worked on adjusting my denture so it is comfortable. My journey here is just beginning and I found some folks that really care. Thank you! Sincerely Jon Laliberte
