We can honestly give Pride a very high recommendation. The staff is courteous and professional and the technicians do very good work and provide explanations and answers to any questions.We bought a house in Canal Fulton in 2021. The furnace was older, but Pride came out promptly when we had problems. Seth cleaned the flame sensor and Dakota came out on a Saturday morning to clean a vent stack. Dakota expertly discussed a crack in the heat exchanger and took the time to take CO readings at all of the heating discharge vents before he left.We contacted Pride to get a quote for a new furnace and A/C unit. Seth did a great job fixing my furnace. He was in and out in no time and it's been a week and everything is still working great. I will be calling them for all my heating and cooling issues.
