Purchased a Furnace and Air Conditioner and after a year had a problem that only my wife could hear when the blower would run. To keep wife happy called and asked for a service tech to come out and set her mind to ease. Well Tom (The Technician) heard it also. (Darn now she has another reason for my hearing aide.) He replaced the blower wheel 5 times the motor once and the whole housing, but she and him still heard the very small sound. It was driving her and consequently me to insanity. Tom then called the factory and even though we were out of the one year replacement warranty they replaced the whole thing. Are you kidding me! AMAZING!!! Truly appreciate my referral to have Crescenze conduct the scope of work. The professionalism from first phone call. Finding out that l needed a new system with the technician Nathan. To scheduling the install. To the team of Brian, Brant and John - Anthony that conducted the install. I couldn’t ask for more. Craftsmanship of the system and installing in the spot l needed. I am thankful and grateful for everyone that l worked with. Pricing on the system was extremely fair.
