“I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our AC decided to stop working during record breaking heat! They were able to come repair it within an hour after we called and on a Sunday! Everyone from the person answering the call to the technician were so friendly and professional! They are reasonably priced as well! We will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs.”
“Optimum climate was recommended by a friend, The best business decision I have ever made was to call OC. Matt came diagnose the problem ordered parts came back and did an outstanding job repairing my equipment. I will continue to rely on OC for future repairs!! Thank you very much!!!”
“Edgar was my technician. I was hoping the existing thermostat could be fixed but he explain what the problem was and why I needed a new one. I understood completely the way he explained it and he installed a non-programmable which I love and showed me how to work it which is very easy and just really put me at ease! I'm by myself and don't want to have to worry about these things and he took the worry out of it! He also explained that even though I change my furnace filter very often, I need to do it every 30 days and told me what rating of the filter to get! Edgar was very professional thorough, friendly and quick! I highly recommend Kimmel!!”
