Wonderful place. I have always had exceptional service. Always right on time, professional, explains things well. Charges are very reasonable. I do have their maintenance program which I have found to be a good value. I would highly recommend them.
Update: last Friday my AC went out. Andrew came and let me know what it needed. (It was toast. Not worth repairing at its age.) Pat came out and gave me a quote on a new furnace and AC. Gave me my options. Absolutely no pressure to do once thing over another. My choice. Joe and Matt came out to replace everything. I found everyone really polite, friendly and knowledgeable. On June 10th, 2026, I had an A/C unit installed by Dee's Heating and Cooling and I can say that the service was excellent and Collin who was one of the installers was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was polite and had mannerisms that reminded me of someone who served in the military. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs and services. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROMPTLY ON TIME AT ARRIVAL.
Our AC has been struggling to keep up with the hot air. We called Dee's heating and cooling and they set up an appointment to come look at the unit same day! Brain showed up and asked what was wrong after telling him what we have experienced he got right to work. He ended up finding the possible culprit and explained everything he was doing which made me feel like I wasn't in the dark about the unit. After some discussion we decided a quote for a full replace was best. Dee's was honest from the minute the door opened as well as respectful and fair, and even though we didn't decide on a replacement yet he put in the coolant since he suspected a leak.
