UPDATE: Josh came back today to completely resolved the issue with our AC. He did another excellent job and went above and beyond to help us. This made up for the somewhat unsatisfactory interaction we had with the main office over the two previous days. But I will not take a star away from Josh. I’ll also stick with QH&C because we have been with them for a long time. This is the first time there has been an issue with service from the office that could have been handled more professionally.“
