“Fantastic experience! Mike and crew diagnosed why my furnace when out on a freezing cold day, an determined it was a humidifier water leak. The fixed it pronto and the house was cozy fast. I also had cold spots in the house and they figured out I had a dead end vent which was solved with some duct reconfiguration and problem number 2 was fixed too after the got needed parts. The whole crew was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and on time. They were excellent problem solvers and got my house warm and the furnace working more efficiently in no time. The price was also very fair and reasonable. I will be using Mike and the team to replace my 30 year old furnace and AC this spring. Thank you Action!!!“

“Our son has a disability which requires 24/7 care. Yesterday we noticed the air conditioning in his condo was not working. We had just purchased the unit and with the purchase a home warranty. I contacted the warranty company and they gave me a few names of vendors it uses. The first two had bad reviews, but Aire Serv of NE Ohio had excellent ones. And now, I know why.

I called and left a message. Not long after Mike returned my call. He was unable to help us directly, but worked his magic and got a hold of another tech ( Julius) who was on his day off. Julius agreed to travel over an hour to fix our son’s air conditioner. He knew his stuff, was very professional, and got the job done.

“Purchased a Furnace and Air Conditioner and after a year had a problem that only my wife could hear when the blower would run. To keep wife happy called and asked for a service tech to come out and set her mind to ease. Well Tom (The Technician) heard it also. (Darn now she has another reason for my hearing aide.) He replaced the blower wheel 5 times the motor once and the whole housing, but she and him still heard the very small sound. It was driving her and consequently me to insanity. Tom then called the factory and even though we were out of the one year replacement warranty they replaced the whole thing. Are you kidding me! Someone who still respects and warranties their work. Wow. I highly recommend them and thank them for their great customer support after the sale.“

Update: last Friday my AC went out. Andrew came and let me know what it needed. (It was toast. Not worth repairing at its age.) Pat came out and gave me a quote on a new furnace and AC. Gave me my options. Absolutely no pressure to do once thing over another. My choice. Joe and Matt came out to replace everything. I found everyone really polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
