We had a furnace check up and then our air ducts cleaned. Both crews were on time and very professional. We asked a lot of questions and received polite, respectful answers. Crews were friendly but stayed on task. Had the job done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them.

We have used Shanklin several times in the last 6 years and each time they’ve been nothing but amazing. If there’s ever a mistake on their end (only once in 6 years) they are quick to remedy it. Fast, efficient, and helpful. I have, and will continue, to recommend them to others!

My furnace was blowing last night. After calling several to other firms, I called Shanklin.They responded quickly a tech. was at my home within 1/2 hr. He made the required repairs and was gone within 1 hour. Great service, quick response, outstanding tech. My choice in the future for all my heating needs!
