Due to a poor distribution of heat affecting our main living areas, I called Homeserve this morning to see if they could dispatch someone on an emergency basis before the big storm this weekend. “This past Sunday, during the coldest winter that we’ve had in years, our burner conked out. I have a premium service contract with Slomin’s and they came the next day. They sent a kid who wasn’t sure what the problem was and he said that I probably needed an inducer motor, which would cost me $575. I asked Slomin’s to send an experienced technician but they refused. My son in law, Trio Sheet Metal, recommended Ryan Anthony. A technician came today and found the problem immediately.
