I can’t say enough great things about Cool Pro Mechanical LLC! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and extremely courteous. First, after getting multiple quotes they were the only company that explained the PSEG rebate program to us. Saving us thousands.
Second, very professional, quick, clean, and friendly install. Even while working in the attic at 90 degrees
Finally, The PSEG rebate platform changed between the time they gave us the quote and when the install was complete. So they issued us a refund for the difference. This was a surprise because we were not even aware of this. Incredibly honest of them

Cool Pro gave me a time window, contacted me with an update as he was arriving and was very professional. He Answered all my questions and did the job perfectly. I was expecting many family members from out of state and the temp forecast was over 100 degrees. Thank goodness for prompt, perfect service!
