“I had contacted All Air Conditioning & Heating For You 24/7 yesterday afternoon by completing info online regarding my project. A little while later, I received a phone call from **** saying a tech could be to my residence within 2 hours. There is no charge for an estimate.Before the two hours elapsed, one of the techs, ******, was at my house. He examined my central a/c unit thoroughly and advised me of the work needed to be performed (for general maintenance) so I would not have any issues this season, I was asked if I was interested in having the job done at this time. I decided I would after being provided with the cost. The tech explained everything and took pictures so I could differentiate between the before and after work (to be certain it was handled). He was very knowledgeable and patient, He took his time doing the necessary task and cleaned up after himself. “

“I have been using Genesis for over 20 years (at minimum) and had an unfortunate incident recently at my home. A driver was nervous about the street I am on and decided to part partially on the sidewalk for safety. Unfortunately the weight of the truck damaged my sidewalk. The owner called me immediately and was courtesy professional and not in the least defensive regarding the incident and all of this was prior to him reviewing the photos I took. He understood my concern and rectified the matter within 48 hours by sending experts to fix the issue. The estimate came in on target. The installers are very neat and hard working. The installation was done in one long day. 2 condensers, 3 ceiling cassettes and one wall mount. My wife, Geri & I, can not believe how quickly the wall mount unit brings up the temperature (heat) in just a few minutes. Looking forward to using the AC.In addition to the excellent installation service, Lucas, the supervisor and another installer, followed up to tweak the installation of the PVC drainage in the attic. “First time customer. Our boiler went out during the night, freezing temperatures. I called Richard’s and they sent Michael A to assist me the very next morning. He came and did a tune up and filter change but unfortunately since our oil tank is outdoors with temperature dropping, he found ice build up in oil line also ice build up at the tank. He suggested I put an electric heater by it and let the sun hit it before he returned in hopes it thaws it out. Michael then had other houses to attend to in the meantime, he didn’t return until later that night (understandable) but kept me updated at different hours if he was running late, finishing up a call, on his way and when he arrived. He returned as promised, and finished the rest of the work within 45 minutes! We rent this home so I was stressing out like crazy, even got worried I had already paid and signed off even though the work was half done. But Michael made me feel at ease and like I could trust him. He kept his word just as he reassured me. Michael was very polite, informative and knowledgeable! Thank you for your service. Will continue to use your services for future tune ups and will request Michael. We all were able to finally rest, along with my puppies.
