“Our central AC died, we decided to switch our oil heat to an electric heat pump with Yangklin Sierra/YasHVAC. Before going with Yas I spoke to ten installers to retrofit with central air ducts. Many companies told us to redo our entire first floor ductwork or supplement electric radiators in our bathrooms. Yangklin troubleshooted the quirks of our project with ease. The heat from the Daikin FIT is nice and even, more so than with our old floor radiators. The process was smooth.“

“First time customer. Our boiler went out during the night, freezing temperatures. I called Richard’s and they sent Michael A to assist me the very next morning. He came and did a tune up and filter change but unfortunately since our oil tank is outdoors with temperature dropping, he found ice build up in oil line also ice build up at the tank. He suggested I put an electric heater by it and let the sun hit it before he returned in hopes it thaws it out. Michael then had other houses to attend to in the meantime, he didn’t return until later that night (understandable) but kept me updated at different hours if he was running late, finishing up a call, on his way and when he arrived. He returned as promised, and finished the rest of the work within 45 minutes! We rent this home so I was stressing out like crazy, even got worried I had already paid and signed off even though the work was half done. But Michael made me feel at ease and like I could trust him. He kept his word just as he reassured me. Michael was very polite, informative and knowledgeable! Thank you for your service. Will continue to use your services for future tune ups and will request Michael. We all were able to finally rest, along with my puppies.
