F45 Training Herricks
“Took my first class at the Herricks location. Hands down great experience. Rafy made sure to modify a couple of workouts and was very attentive! Will be taking more classes at this location.”
AMP
“My 12-year-old son has been training at AMP this year, participating in both strength and conditioning programs. As a multi-sport athlete with a primary focus on lacrosse, he has benefited tremendously from the knowledgeable coaching and supportive environment.
The team at AMP makes him feel like part of the family while providing the guidance and structure he needs to train safely, build confidence, and continue developing as an athlete. We plan to continue training with AMP for the foreseeable future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive, professional environment where young athletes can grow and succeed.”
