InForm Fitness is a hidden treasure within the shipwrecks of “I’ll Pump You Up!” personal fitness facilities on Long Island. Their core philosophy of high-intensity excursion with super slow movements allow for maximum strength increases with a very low risk of injury. The workouts are intense, yet short - about 30 minutes - once or twice per week. This means the time spent is effective AND efficient.
