I used to train with Frank at the Flushing location over 11 years ago. I was happy to find Gridiron again so many years later on a google search. After 3 sessions Frank and his team have me back on track. Can’t wait to see my results and strength gains a few months from now.

My friend (he's already a member at GRIDIRON) kept telling me to join. Finally I gave in and took the plunge... and I'm so glad I did. Great equipment, great staff, and great energy. And their bottom line is: that my customized workout is working for me... not TOO MUCH for me to handle, not TOO LITTLE where I'm not making the most of my visits. I have to add that I've been feeling more 'focused' and more 'energized' in my day to day life since joining GRIDIRON. Tough to put into words, but training there has enhanced a great many other facets of my life away from the gym, both physically and mentally. Two thumbs up, WAY UP!!!
