This gym has brand new Precor equipment. It's split in cardio and a studio on the ground level and the main workout floor with locker rooms in the basement. While all the equipment is new they kept the locker room from the previous NYSC that was here. The lockers and showers are the same, not bad but not brand new. The main floor has plenty of half racks, benches, a small turf area with a sled to push. There are studios down here too. I would've liked to see at least 1 more cables fly machine but the equipment selection is excellent.
This is truly one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The classes are challenging, energizing, and incredibly effective — you genuinely feel the results almost immediately. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and always engaged, creating an atmosphere that makes you actually look forward to working out. Every machine and piece of equipment is top-of-the-line and impeccably maintained. From the moment you walk in, the entire experience feels elevated. Such an amazing addition to the area — highly recommend!
