Dimensional Training Studios is an amazing place, you are really cared for and are surrounded by professionals that are always there to support you. The community is committed to health and you feel held by this. I have struggled with exercise throughout my life but this is my place, I am happy to come in everyday because I know I come out of there the person I really am, vibrant and energetic and present. They have a wood lymphatic massage service which I recently had and it was so healing for my body, my skin, my digestion, I highly recommend it! Thank You All at Dimensional Training! ?

I've been working with Yvonne for a while now, and she is amazing. She knows how to apply the right pressure to her clients and knows just how to adjust an exercise to customize it just for them. I've seen her work with a range of people, and she is so patient and knowledgeable. I've worked out with so many trainers over the years, and I've found her to be excellent at what she does. Yvonne pinpointed my issues that I didn't know could be fixed and takes the time to focus and correct my form throughout the exercise. If you are looking for someone who's going to help you on your fitness journey, then I can't recommend anyone more than her.

Yvonne Centeno is great! I started seeing her twice a week and she really helped to focus on my problem areas, and put together a well-rounded workout that would help me tone muscles as well as lose weight. She also encouraged me to take the group class. Her positive attitude and encouragement have also been a tremendous motivator for me, and I always leave the sessions feeling energized and empowered.
