“I did a 6-month program with Plasse and grew my strength more than I ever have in any class or at the gym. Dennis is thoughtful, kind, and paces everything well. Especially when you are new to heavy lifting like I was, it can seem intimidating at first, but Dennis breaks down every movement. And if you have been lifting for years, he will be equally great because he is a powerlifter and knows how to maximize potential. The environment is private and intimate - just a couple trainers and clients at a time. Highly recommend!“

“Dimensional Training Studios is an amazing place, you are really cared for and are surrounded by professionals that are always there to support you. The community is committed to health and you feel held by this. I have struggled with exercise throughout my life but this is my place, I am happy to come in everyday because I know I come out of there the person I really am, vibrant and energetic and present. “I had a great time at MetaBurn. I found that the coaches meet the individual needs of the clients. You have that one on one personal training and you are definitely pushed to your limits. I know I was! Your skipping the "gym rat" environment. You know....the "I lift things up and put them down" crowd. Positive coaching the entire way through, even when you think you don't have any gas left in your tank. That "can do" attitude really helps. It's definitely positive motivation! It would be great if MetaBurn branched out to HUNTINGTON!!!!!!!“

“Not your typical personal trainers that you’ll see at many gyms. Brandon and Eric cultivated a fun and comfortable environment to work out in. Unlike other trainers that are distracted on their phones or staring down women, they take the time to get involved in your workout. Their facility is very clean with good people and good music. Most importantly they have the tools and knowledge to help your body get the best results possible.“

“I have been going to Terry for almost 3 years now. I am a college soccer player, and I came in with my first torn ACL about 3 months post op frustrated with the speed that my recovery was going. Once I began seeing Terry, I finally felt my knee getting stronger, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Terry gives a type of care that is different than any other physical therapists I have been to. His work is hands on when you are with him, and he gives videos and exercises to do on your own that truly work like magic. I was back from my first ACL in about 6 months, with no pain, and a strong knee that I would have never gotten without the tremendous work of Terry! I am so grateful for everything he has done, and continues to do for me!“

“I’ve been training at Prime Performance pretty much since it opened.I love working out with my trainer Brandon Brown because he incorporates more than one method. I get bored easily and need to be challenged. I love weight training and hate cardio. That’s why Brandon introduced boxing to me, which I fell in love with since it covers pretty much everything (strength, technique and self defense).Brandon is wonderful, easy to work with , motivates me , understands my training needs and my goals. He has managed through out the years to keep things interesting and fun.Brandon’s expertise and outlook on fitness and life has helped my physical, emotional and spiritual growth over the years.“
