I had a stroke and for a while I was completely paralyzed on the left side of my body. I have tried to regain most of what I lost due to my stroke by working out for a few thousand hours the last few years. I have worked out at more than 100 gyms in 17 different states during the past three years. So far this gym is one of my three favorites that I have visited. I am extremely fond of the two owners, Matt and Steve. They are both very knowledgeable about exercise and they can really help you get fit. Recently joined and I am very pleased with this full service gym. Has full array of cardio (treadmills, elliptical, step, etc. ) and weight (machine circuits, free, multifunctional,etc. ) equipment. Showers. Locker rooms. Personal training. Open 24/7. Staff is nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
I like this gym, because I can get in early 6-6:30 before it gets crowded and almost have the place to myself. It has a full circuit of machines, plenty of cardio and free weights. It has more than enough equipment for me and I am sure for most, I can definitely get a great workout.
