Hands down 5 stars! This location is convenient and everyone who works at the Great Neck Plaza site is helpful, humorous and knowledgeable. Love going here because it makes it not feel like a burden but something I look forward to everyday. Thank you F45 team!! You guys rock ?

I highly recommend this f45 location! The classes are challenging, but rewarding, and the trainers do a great job of pushing you to be your best. They will also help you every step of the way! Overall, the atmosphere here is positive and motivating, and it makes me look forward to class every morning!

The facility is clean and well organized. Coaches are very friendly, energetic, encouraging, and attentive during workouts. The coaches at this F45 are on a constant look out - to make sure members are performing the exercises correctly, and/or would modify the moves for an individual member based on his/her needs, if necessary, so that we don’t hurt ourselves. The coaches here would also progressively increase the intensity of the workouts based on each member’s ability/strength, so that members can maximize the benefits of the training without getting injured.
