I've been training at Body By Berle for almost 22 years. Rich, Jeff, and Angel create a very pleasant non-pressured atmosphere for me to feel comfortable challenging myself under professional supervision. My body and spirit are better for my weekly personal sessions. I highly recommend that you give it a try!
I used to, almost constantly, have pain in my neck, shoulders & back, but I was so surprised that I felt so much better even after just the first workout.
