“Ed was our technician today to replace shut off valves for our washing machine. He called before he arrived, introduced himself, was very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step and answered our questions. He worked neatly and efficiently. He took pictures for our records.
He was a pleasure to have in our home. This is the fourth time we have needed Roland J Downs recently for different projects and they have always done a great job. I highly recommend them and thank them.“
