He returned as promised the next morning and did a fantastic job restoring the line. He also fully explained what was wrong and a course of action. “Had a good experience with Rooter-Man. The day of the historic rain/flooding this summer I woke up to find that my sump line was partially clogged and water was backing up next to my house. Called at 10 am and agreed to an after-hours appointment at 4 pm. The office made sure to mention the increased fees for after-hours work multiple times.
Bill came right at 4 and walked me through pricing and let me know he may or may not be able to clear the line based on how my drain was set up. After an hour of digging up part of the line and snaking it Bill was able to clear all the roots and get it draining again. Price was not cheap (between the work and the after-hours appointment it was over $700) but I don't think it's egregiously more than other plumbers. Recommended.”
