Leckonbys is next-level customer care. Our basement flooded right before Christmas. James heard through the grapevine that we were in a tough spot. He came to our home on short notice, late at night, cleared a clogged drainage pipe, got things in order, helped start the mitigation and clean up process, and proposed a cost-effective sump pump solution which he has since installed. This level of service and responsiveness is not the norm these days.
