Great experience overall on job, but there is a small leak under pedestal sink connected pipes could use some teflon tape/piping thread. Bill our service tech was wonderful. Unfortunate on pedestal sink.

As always, using a Pen Name so people can’t harass me over reviews.I’ve spoken to Tammy at Rooter Man & they are making things right after not being able to repair the auto-flush toilet at my place of business. Tim tried his best & the company is issuing a refund.4 stars for customer service.

Bill and the rest of team were great. I called in a panic and they had someone come to my house within an hour. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend them.
