“Last night, at my Lake George cabin our main drain backed up!! Of course this happens when my family is coming for a reunion. This was the worst possible time! I called a few plumbers in the area for this emergency plumbing situation. The only one to respond immediately was Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Saratoga Springs.
Their plumber, Zach got to us quickly, diagnosed the problem, and performed an emergency drain cleaning. Thank God he got it fixed before my parents got there! What really impressed me was that Zach wasn't there trying to sell us all sorts of stuff we didn't really need. He was very professional, patiently explained all that was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I am so glad they came and resolved this so quickly knowing how important this was to have the house ready for our guests.

When I told my husband's family about our experience, they told us how they used them for a sewer backup and said they would never use any another company except Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Saratoga Springs.
