My family has trusted Roland J. Down for years and have never been led astray. Today was no different as technician Dale did a more thorough job than i could have hoped for in assisting with diagnosing our issue. He went above and beyond based on what was presented to him and gave us good options for moving forward, and was polite and personable which is always a bonus.
Brett and Hamadi just completed the yearly maintenance that was needed on my furnace and AC unit. They were extremely friendly and patient with me. Hamadi was happy to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond my expectations by explaining what was being done as he was doing the maintenance and things to watch out for. Brett also answered questions I had and explained life span of my hot water tank, which is almost 15 years old. Explaining in detail what happens to a unit that is getting that old. Dale was great! He arrived on time, was courteous, very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He ordered a part for us and it was available and installed the very next day. We highly recommend!
