Called Jamie Monday morning after noticing a leak in our plumbing that was causing damage to our finished basement. I texted him a photo of the pipe once we exposed it. He called back promptly, and after establishing that the situation was under control for the time being, expected to be out on Wednesday. He was then able to get to us Tuesday morning, assessed the problem, and fixed the job, charging us exactly what he quoted when we spoke.
