My mother needed some assistance because the hot water heater went out. A minor issue most of the time, but unfortunately I had an injury and wasn’t able to get down to the basement to help her with. Jamie returned her call within 10 minutes and was able to come over the same day to get it up and running and diagnose any issues that could have come up. Wish that we knew about him last week when the trouble started!
