We have been using Apollo for a while including the installation of a new heating and air conditioning unit years ago. Technicians were nice and professional. However I am not sure why the tech could not get the part that was needed so that we did not have to go without heat on a cold November night.

Joe Walker was our technician and he did an excellent job from start to finish. He explained everything he was doing in a clear manner and went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our service. He is an excellent representative of Appolo!
