Gave Jamie a call after seeing the great reviews he had on Google. He was already in Amsterdam doing another job and was able to swing by once he was done. He checked it out and it was obvious the bottom had rusted out with no way to save it (On a side note this water heater was going on year 22 so I couldn’t ask for anymore out of it!). Jamie got me setup with an appointment for the following morning, took a deposit, arrived on time the next morning, took the old water heater with him, and set up the new one. “Cost effective!I needed a 4" gray water drain cleared. --clogged with roots and lint.Having a plumber come is never cheap, but compared to renting the equipment, figuring out how to get the equipment down into basement and back out, while having the assurance that no avoidable damage(big drain snakes in amateur hands can break a lot of stuff) will happen? Very worth it.They (P. god and assistant) were also was friendly and considerate to my under-foot Shih-Tzu, and answered a bunch of various plumbing related questions I had.Terrible of me, but I managed to completely forget their names immediately after introduction.
