Petraccione is my go-to for all my plumbing (emergency hot water tank replacement, leaking hose bibs, clogged toilets, broken flange... just to name a few). Do not dread calling a plumber or HVAC serviceman! Call Petraccione and be assured you are in good hands. They are experienced, friendly and prompt and their prices are fair. What more can you ask for? I'll tell you. Right from the start you are greeted by Karol, office manager. She is welcoming, caring, experienced and has a great sense of humor. Not often do you receive a reception like hers. She handles all your problems with ease ( I'm sure its not easy) and makes you feel like you are a special customer....and there is not an extra charge for that.
