The company often handles Generac house generator maintenance, taking care of it without fuss or mess, often without customers needing to be home or signing anything. Communication is friendly and can be done online or over the phone with a real person. The team is very helpful and knowledgeable, making the experience smooth. Overall, customers trust their expertise and are pleased with the service they receive.
Brian did a great, thorough job of cleaning our gas furnace and was very knowledgeable about how everything worked, which he shared with us so we could be informed homeowners. He also took the time to help with a couple other systems in the house, helping us figure out the correct filters and making a minor repair to the tankless water heater, which was greatly appreciated. A+ service as always which is why we have stayed with Suburban for over 16 years.
Service person was on time for yearly generator service. I was advised of low voltage on battery and had a battery installed (new was on the truck). Only took about an hour for all. Very pleased.
Bryan was exceptionally knowledgeable, considerate and thorough while performing a complex assignment. His ability to relate and explain the various components of the job illustrated his expertise and technical skill.
