“Called Heat Wiser on a Saturday morning after our AC stopped blowing cold the night before. They told me they had someone in the area and would be here same day, even though I said it wasn't an emergency and could wait. Dan was ahead of schedule and was able to get to us 2 hours early. Very friendly and knowledgeable, Dan explained every step of the troubleshooting process until he finally narrowed it down to a bad capacitor. Luckily he had one left in the truck and was able to replace it, getting us back up and running. Overall, very happy with the response time, the service and the price was fair. “Scheduled an appt on Sunday night for Monday morning describing the issue with an exhaust fan on our furnace. We received a call within minutes saying that they would be right over, this was not something that should wait til the next day. The furnace needed to be replaced. AJ came 1st thing the next day to discuss replacing the furnace. By Tuesday afternoon we had a new furnace. An unknown issue came up during installation.
