I was notified when technicians would not arrive as predicted-I appreciated that. When they came, as always with Halco, technicians were thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always listen to concerns and questions. I understand better how the systems work after every visit. I appreciate all of that.
Service guy was very good, very knowledgeable of my heat pump system, he explained everything he was doing and let me know about upcoming changes to equipment and coolants. I would highly recommend Halco.
I had Cory come out and give me an estimate on a cold climate pump for my mancave. Although I decided not to go ahead with it, he showed up on time, was respectful and did not pressure me to have the work done
