The service I got from Halco is top notch. The service guy was polite and cordial. Service was same day I made a call. Maybe not the fastest, but he stayed until everything checked out okay.
Their service was great.
I just wish I never got this system. Not healthy, or safe, for an elderly person such as myself in a NY winter.
But, if you call about any issue, Halco service will respond as fast as they possibly can. No questions there.
I pay for their 10 year plan. So I do not have to say anything for a service call, or any repairs.
About $40 a month. Which isn't bad. You would find that out when your system breaks down and needs to be serviced. Astronomically...read full review
Halco service engineer, Zak, was excellent, professional, and a really nice guy. Definitely something you would expect from Halco. Zak was meticulous in his work with great attention to detail. I gave 10 star rating. This Company is Absolutely amazing! I had an emergency and they were here within the hour. They go above and beyond for their customer. They don’t just come and fix one thing, They go above and beyond make sure everything is running efficient, even if It wasn’t what I called in for. I can’t praise enough of how kind the technicians are. When they come to your home, they treat you like family not just customers. They truly care about their customers and well-being. I think your team so much and would recommend you all to everyone!
