“The technician (R.F.) for Charles Heating, Air, Plumbing and Electrical was very polite and courteous. R.F called and asked if he could come earlier than our scheduled 3pm appointment. We had a routine furnace checkup and he found a stuck inducer valve stuck open. After a bit he was able to get our furnace to operate as normal. He had a replacement part but I declined for now as he was able to get it to operate normal. He wasn't trying to push the new part which was refreshing. I have used Charles for other projects (Electrical and A/C) in the past and I have always had the same positive results.”
