“The team at Hummingbird did an extensive AC overhaul/installation at my home last week and I truly could not be happier with their work.

EVERYONE I interacted with was fantastic. Tano helped me to troubleshoot and decide exactly what I needed and the install began almost immediately. “Breath Easy took on my warranty re-instalation after I had a dispute and fired my original contractor. The minute they pulled in the driveway, I could tell I had the right team on the job! Their trucks are clean, organized and loaded with a bunch or diagnostic equipment and specialty tools. Then another tech showed up to help with the job. His vehicle was the exact same high level of professionalism. The technicians were Ryan (Lead) Trent and Rey. These were some of the most precise, courtious service technicians I have ever seen. Breath Easy is far better than any other contractor. The owner of this company has direct customer involvement, not the other company. Heck, even the office staff was very polite, professional & displayed concern for my problem. These folks are the company to use, TRUST ME!“

“Called Heat Wiser on a Saturday morning after our AC stopped blowing cold the night before. They told me they had someone in the area and would be here same day, even though I said it wasn't an emergency and could wait. Dan was ahead of schedule and was able to get to us 2 hours early. Very friendly and knowledgeable, Dan explained every step of the troubleshooting process until he finally narrowed it down to a bad capacitor. Luckily he had one left in the truck and was able to replace it, getting us back up and running. Overall, very happy with the response time, the service and the price was fair. We will definitely be calling to schedule service/tune ups for AC, Furnace and tankless water heater. Definitely recommend Heat Wiser!“

“Scheduled an appt on Sunday night for Monday morning describing the issue with an exhaust fan on our furnace. We received a call within minutes saying that they would be right over, this was not something that should wait til the next day. The furnace needed to be replaced. AJ came 1st thing the next day to discuss replacing the furnace. By Tuesday afternoon we had a new furnace. An unknown issue came up during installation. The techs were prepared and handled it with no problem! Thank you AJ, Jacob and Jamie and the plumber they had to call in! Also, thank you to the scheduler on the phone Monday morning that let us know they were coming 1st thing!“

“We had them install Mini-Split air conditioning in our home. We received quotes from 4 companies, they provided us with the best price. They scheduled us for installation on June 1 thru 3rd. From Ron in Sales, to Quinton, Matthew, Shaun & Brian in service, the installers were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. “Our upstairs a/c unit was not cooling and freezing the condenser lines. Dalil Prude, a technician with Prime came out and diagnosed the issue, leak tested, checked the full health of the system and fixed the unit so that now it cools as it did when it was first installed. Dalil spent over 2.5 hours at my home and refused to go before the unit was completely checked and fixed. We have a policy with a home warranty company and yet Dalil and Prime treated us as if we were their only customer. I highly recommend using Prime heating and air and recommend asking for Dalil Prude.“
