My furnace died just a few days before Christmas. I have two very small children, one only a few weeks old. We panicked, imagining having to keep the kids warm for even one night without heat. We called Res-Com and had someone at our house that day. A temporary part was installed so that our very old furnace would hopefully give us one more night of heat which it did. I spoke to Steve directly when he heard of our situation. He was extremely empathetic and made sure to have our financial requirements squared away as quickly as possible and we had a new furnace installed that next morning. We’re extremely grateful for how Steve and everyone at Res-Com worked so quickly.

We started off with a miscommunication on the date of service but things happen. Our ranch roof was complete within 8 hrs with 3 layers of shingles that had to be removed. 99% of the debris was picked up from the yard. I found some here and there which was expected. If you're looking for a new roof, I highly recommend this company.
Somewhat new to the area, I've been to a few barbers and Big City Barbershop in Brewerton is the best around. ARMANDO fixed me up proper, quickly and fair priced. The shop is nice, good vibes, off road parking behind the building. They do walk ins and appointments.
Colleen is just fantastic! She took my scruffy old man and turned him into a beautiful pup! She's gentle, kind and patient and really knows what she's doing. Her prices are incredibly reasonable! I will def be going back when my little guy needs a trim :). I highly recommend Colleen and CNY Canine Grooming!

We had a relatively small job done, 8'x4' composite front steps with a railing. They got the job done in a perfect amount of time. My husband wasn't happy with something so they changed it no problem even though it was different than what we had previously contracted. I brought my cat here for some tests, as he was having some issues, and I wanted to make sure he didn't have any crystals in his urine. The staff were friendly and efficient. They did a great job communicating and letting me know what the test results were and what they meant. They also took the time to lay out all the pricing before they did anything, and they trimmed his claws for free, too! It turns out my cat was afraid of a curtain between the main part of the house and the basement, where his litterbox was. Big relief, but I'm glad I came here and made sure he was ok. Their pricing is quite reasonable, too. I appreciate that they exercise their rights as a private business to eject people who are being obnoxious and making other clients and staff feel uncomfortable. That one star review down there actually sold me on coming here, lol!People, vets and vet staff end up taking so much abuse. Please be kind to them and respect them, OK? Really. It's such a hard job. They really do want to help animals. They deserve to work in a safe environment, and don't deserve to be the target you take all your pain out on. Hey, clinic staff? I see you. You rock. Thank you for all you do. As an aside, the flower garden they have out front is just lovely.

We've had some pretty complicated tax filings, moving from out of state, real estate etc. David did a great job, made it painless. Very knowledgeable with all the tax code changes. Quick turnaround. His office staff is pleasant and efficient as well.
They loaded me fast and they got very large space.make sure you follow instructions when you are entering because the entrance is not well visible and a lot of trees. But they have sign for the shipping and receiving.
