Breath Easy took on my warranty re-instalation after I had a dispute and fired my original contractor. The minute they pulled in the driveway, I could tell I had the right team on the job! Their trucks are clean, organized and loaded with a bunch or diagnostic equipment and specialty tools. Then another tech showed up to help with the job. His vehicle was the exact same high level of professionalism. The technicians were Ryan (Lead) Trent and Rey. These were some of the most precise, courtious service technicians I have ever seen. My AC went out on a Saturday—and not just any Saturday, but on July 4th, which also in the midst of the heatwave from hell. Despite the holiday and miserable climate, the team returned my call, set me up with an appointment, and arrived at my house within two hours of my initial inquiry. Kyle was the tech who did the repairs. I asked him many questions, and he was able to combine his expertise and skills to patiently teach me about the AC system as he worked. He was efficient and pleasant—and also knew the rules, regulations, and safety requirements in and out so he could optimize my AC system.
