“Called these guys to get one extra quote for our AC issues and they were the only ones to mention a glaring issue we previously were aware of. They got us on the schedule super quick and are real easy to talk to. Would highly recommend you give them a call.”
“Half my house lost power due to one of my two power lines failing, JP's was able to get a crew over within a few hours and they reconfigured the breakers so my whole house had power. A week later they ran new power lines in conduit to my house and did an excellent job, as did the digging crew from Syracuse Utilities. I highly recommend JP's for your electrical needs.”
“The technician (R.F.) for Charles Heating, Air, Plumbing and Electrical was very polite and courteous. R.F called and asked if he could come earlier than our scheduled 3pm appointment. We had a routine furnace checkup and he found a stuck inducer valve stuck open. After a bit he was able to get our furnace to operate as normal. He had a replacement part but I declined for now as he was able to get it to operate normal. He wasn't trying to push the new part which was refreshing. I have used Charles for other projects (Electrical and A/C) in the past and I have always had the same positive results.”
