“Scheduled an appt on Sunday night for Monday morning describing the issue with an exhaust fan on our furnace. We received a call within minutes saying that they would be right over, this was not something that should wait til the next day. The furnace needed to be replaced. AJ came 1st thing the next day to discuss replacing the furnace. By Tuesday afternoon we had a new furnace. An unknown issue came up during installation. The techs were prepared and handled it with no problem! Thank you AJ, Jacob and Jamie and the plumber they had to call in! Also, thank you to the scheduler on the phone Monday morning that let us know they were coming 1st thing!“

“Our upstairs a/c unit was not cooling and freezing the condenser lines. Dalil Prude, a technician with Prime came out and diagnosed the issue, leak tested, checked the full health of the system and fixed the unit so that now it cools as it did when it was first installed. Dalil spent over 2.5 hours at my home and refused to go before the unit was completely checked and fixed. We have a policy with a home warranty company and yet Dalil and Prime treated us as if we were their only customer. I highly recommend using Prime heating and air and recommend asking for Dalil Prude.“
