“The technician (R.F.) for Charles Heating, Air, Plumbing and Electrical was very polite and courteous. R.F called and asked if he could come earlier than our scheduled 3pm appointment. We had a routine furnace checkup and he found a stuck inducer valve stuck open. After a bit he was able to get our furnace to operate as normal. He had a replacement part but I declined for now as he was able to get it to operate normal. He wasn't trying to push the new part which was refreshing. I have used Charles for other projects (Electrical and A/C) in the past and I have always had the same positive results.”
“Reed came to speak to us about our options for replacing our old furnace and air conditioning unit. He gave us three estimates explaining the difference between all three choices not just on paper but he actually walked us around to show us what would be done. We really appreciated the time he took to make sure we understand what would happen. I will highly recommend Hummingbird Heating and Cooling to all our friends and family.
Had our installation of our new AC and Furnace today. Frank, Adam and Jeremy did a great job. They worked well as a team and kept us updated on how things were going. They left our home spotless. We appreciated their professionalism very much.”
