great experience when my 2005 Central Air unit failed. Came out the next day for an evaluation and fair assessment. Scheduled work and they beat the timeline. Very happy with the interaction and quality of work, will definitely work with Prime again.
Our upstairs a/c unit was not cooling and freezing the condenser lines. Dalil Prude, a technician with Prime came out and diagnosed the issue, leak tested, checked the full health of the system and fixed the unit so that now it cools as it did when it was first installed. Dalil spent over 2.5 hours at my home and refused to go before the unit was completely checked and fixed. We have a policy with a home warranty company and yet Dalil and Prime treated us as if we were their only customer. I highly recommend using Prime heating and air and recommend asking for Dalil Prude.
