Our upstairs a/c unit was not cooling and freezing the condenser lines. Dalil Prude, a technician with Prime came out and diagnosed the issue, leak tested, checked the full health of the system and fixed the unit so that now it cools as it did when it was first installed. Dalil spent over 2.5 hours at my home and refused to go before the unit was completely checked and fixed. We have a policy with a home warranty company and yet Dalil and Prime treated us as if we were their only customer. I highly recommend using Prime heating and air and recommend asking for Dalil Prude.

The team from Prime installed a new humidifier to replace our decades-old Carrier system (we couldn't even find water blankets for that old model). Called them last week and seven days later, they were in the basement, doing the installation, and even servicing a leaky gas line. Friendly, efficient, communicative, and just overall fantastic work. They even showed me a few maintenance tips for the system and my gas fireplace line/pilot. Highly recommend their service, and we'll absolutely use them again. We'd been longtime customers over another firm in town, but now we're Prime all the way.
