Jake V was here to complete my yearly maintenance checkup on my furnace. He came in and got right to work. Jake completed the checkup and left no mess in the house. Had a nice chat with him about where he grew up and the many times I passed through his town on the way to my parents. Always enjoy the furnace guys when they come to check.
After rescheduling our appointment twice, today Kodjo and Darius came for our annual service. They were very personable and efficient. After the service they thoroughly reviewed their findings. I would give the techs a solid 5 stars
Tano and Joshua were very professional, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They came in and out in no time and provided me great advice over the conditions of the furnace I had inherited after we bought our house, as well as giving great recommendations without being pushy at all about any future upgrades or replacements. Gladly would welcome them to my home over and over again!
