Our technician, RJ, was at our home within hours. RJ was quick and efficient with his diagnosis and had the repair done before we knew it. RJ was courteous and knowledgeable. “Called Heat Wiser on a Saturday morning after our AC stopped blowing cold the night before. They told me they had someone in the area and would be here same day, even though I said it wasn't an emergency and could wait. Dan was ahead of schedule and was able to get to us 2 hours early. Very friendly and knowledgeable, Dan explained every step of the troubleshooting process until he finally narrowed it down to a bad capacitor. Luckily he had one left in the truck and was able to replace it, getting us back up and running. Overall, very happy with the response time, the service and the price was fair.
