Charles Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

The technician (R.F.) for Charles Heating, Air, Plumbing and Electrical was very polite and courteous. R.F called and asked if he could come earlier than our scheduled 3pm appointment. We had a routine furnace checkup and he found a stuck inducer valve stuck open. After a bit he was able to get our furnace to operate as normal. He had a replacement part but I declined for now as he was able to get it to operate normal. He wasn't trying to push the new part which was refreshing. I have used Charles for other projects (Electrical and A/C) in the past and I have always had the same positive results.

Geno came to the house to clean the ducts and dryer vents before moving in. He arrived on time. The appointment was the same day the contractor began doing work on the house so unfortunately the driveway was occupied with the contractor’s trailer. After a quick assessment of the house, Geno said he could make it work and he did. He quickly and quietly went about his work. At the end, he showed what he was able to remove from the ducts and dryer vent. Geno also pointed out that the dryer vent was not connected and had probably been like that for a long time. Scheduled a vent cleaning due to low amount of air coming through. Tech named Geno came on time and was very courteous. He evaluated all of the vents and promptly began to clean them all. Thanks to Geno the house temp keeps up and very comfortable for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Geno and the Charles team.
