I did trapeze yoga as my first class, which was the most fun I’ve ever had at a yoga class. Today I did the Barre class and I left feeling like I could conquer the world!! Absolutely wonderful energy from the teachers and students and I truly enjoy coming here. This was exactly what I needed in my life. Highly recommend.“

28 W 27th St Suite 401 Floor 4th, New York“I had the most incredible Thai massage experience at Sukho Thai Healing. This place is truly a hidden gem—if my friend hadn’t gifted me a session, I might never have discovered it. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I had stepped into a Forbes 5-star spa.
The space is serene and beautifully curated, with stunning artwork that immediately sets a calming tone. I was welcomed with a chilled wet cloth for my hands and a glass of iced tea—such a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day. Slippers and a soft linen garment were provided before the session, adding to the luxurious experience.
The massage itself was outstanding—aromatherapy, expert hands, and deeply rejuvenating stretches that left me feeling balanced, relaxed, and totally restored. Afterward, I was treated to a beautifully presented tray of hot tea and delicate rolled cookies. Every detail was thoughtful and elevated.
I’m so grateful for the gift—and next time, I’ll be the one giving this experience to others. I can’t wait to return!“

115 W 27th St 3rd floor, New York“This year, I've had the pleasure of visiting Hot Yoga Chelsea several times, and even though it's a 40-50 minute commute, it's 1000% worth it. I only wish I could go more often! As someone relatively new to yoga, I really appreciate how warm and welcoming the staff is, and all the instructors are so supportive. I have a knee injury, and they always offer helpful adjustments to accommodate my needs. The studio is also spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Hot Yoga Chelsea to anyone looking for a friendly, motivating environment that suits all skill levels!“

I've been going to this studio for a few years now and the instructors are all amazing and so knowledgable. The studio is beautiful w/ great ambiance. I couldn't be happier - It's made such a difference in my health & stress levels. Highly recommend!“

1 W 34th St. # 204, New York“About a year ago, I started dealing with chronic pain most likely stemming from over lifting in the gym. After multiple failed attempts trying to find an LMT who could alleviate tension and partner with me to rehab and strengthen problem areas, I am so lucky to have found Chasi at Body Mechanics.
Chasi has made a huge difference in my recovery. She is very talented and comes to every session with a POV of what we want to work on based on how my body has reacted in recent session.
I highly recommend giving her a visit, whether it be for an acute injury/pain, or just for a great massage!“

618 Washington St, Hoboken“So I have been coming to this studio for about 1.5 years now. I especially enjoy the Hatha yoga classes (the ambience is great with cute candles lit on the windows). The instructors (Gagan, Samantha) are attentive, kind and offer a lot of variations depending on your experience. Lastly, I have been to other hot yoga studios too… and never gone back (over stuffed, over priced etc). In general, I try out all possible studios and gyms and only stick with the best ones so you know that this place has quality.“

12 West 27th Street 2nd Floor, New York“I think I finally have found a place for me. The best yoga classes no doubt. Yoga practice that is not rushed, gives you time to connect to your body but at the same time intense and makes you really move and sweat and release and stretch. Yoga teachers know what they are doing. The whole community they created comes from a giving place.“

181 Pacific St, Brooklyn“Brenda was terrific. My first time taking her class. Will do it again as I start to add classes on Weekends. I usually take Eden’s Wednesday evening class and really like it too.
Megan was great! The right amount of intensity and core work as I am returning from a hip injury. She was very attentive and gave adaptations when needed.
Megan has got a great energy and demeanor and she’s an excellent knowledgeable teacher. She helps you use the out breathing to directly strengthen your core. She understands the importance of focusing on the engaged parts of your body, as you do the exercises and of visualizing it while feeling it, whether it’s the direction of your tailbone or the expanding of the ribs, she helps you understand more deeply. She really knows her stuff.

536 Bergen Blvd, Palisades Park“I love this hot yoga studio. Although yoga isn't my only means to work out, I do enjoy coming here every so often as I am guaranteed a wonderful experience every single time. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as well as motivating which is much appreciated for this type of workout. They offer wonderful memberships that make it easy to make this a routine. Hot yoga has improved my health and wellness so much. I not only get a great workout but I generally feel well afterwards. It is also an extremely clean studio, note you do remove your shoes by the front door which I personally love. I highly recommend this studio.“

35 Hudson St apt 3406w, Jersey City“I had tried exercising on my own, dieting and different programs. After working with own your fitness and doing the evaluation session with the specialist I learned exactly what I was doing wrong and the type of exercises I need to do for my body type and my challenges. Furthermore because I sit behind a desk and have a family the convenience and sustainability of their program keeps me on track and is helping me activate all the right muscles that are now helping me with weight loss, toning up, strength training and becoming a better version of myself. Being a mom and a professional i needed a workout program that was guaranteed and sustainable. Their method is effective and easy to stick to.“

138 5th Ave Second Floor, New York“I started seeing Mike Hood at NYPT several years ago after recovering from surgery on my lower back. I wanted to start lifting again but I needed to be careful to not hurt myself after the surgery. Mike helped find the perfect balance between a safe and low impact routine that still led to noticeable results in strength and physique. Also, the space and the people at NYPT are so welcoming and kind I look forward to going there weekly for my training sessions. I’d recommend Mike Hood and NYPT to anyone looking to level up their fitness routine!“

620 W 42nd St, New York“I am so grateful for Type A Training. Before I started, I struggled to figure out how to work out or live a healthier lifestyle. I kept turning to articles online, TikTok, and Instagram, but every platform offered different advice, and it quickly became overwhelming. That's when I realized I needed a personal trainer to help me start over from the basics.
When I decided to try out Type A Training, Nathaniel responded to my inquiries so quickly that I was able to start the 45-minute starter pack training the very next day. During his assessment, he asked thoughtful questions about my motivation, goals, and even my medical background. He then connected me with a personal trainer who perfectly aligned with what I was looking for.
As someone who works a full-time job and goes to school, the flexibility of Type A Training has been invaluable. I could schedule sessions at times that fit my busy life and choose a convenient location. Nathaniel was always easy to reach, and rescheduling was a breeze.
I genuinely appreciate Type A Training and would recommend it to anyone looking to start their fitness journey, no matter how many times they've tried before. I'm already seeing results and feel motivated to keep working on my health.“

575 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair“One of the reasons I moved to the area - to be closer to my "home!" Aside from the culture of community, JaiPure is especially unique because it has a strong lineage of Iyengar Yoga, with classes taught by CITYs - some of the most seasoned ones. I have never been to a studio where I could feel the strength of two traditions - Iyengar and Vinyassa - both in the same room.“

87 5th Ave #808, New York“Having known Jon through yoga, and drawn by his singular familiarity with scoliosis, I came to him after some new back pain surfaced. I’ve never done any craniosacral work before, and Jon’s extensive knowledge and extreme patience put me right at ease. It’s been beneficial not only physically and mentally -- it's also been kind of fascinating. I’d recommend Jon without hesitation. He’s got the touch!“

“Learning Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga has been a great blessing. The courses offered at the center are well worth it (I first read the books by Master Choa Kok Sui and then I took the courses). The store in inviting has an array of interesting and useful products. The place always has nice people, hosts an amazing community, and has an amazing energy in of itself.“
