    I travel to nyc for work pretty regularly and I’m always grateful when I can attend the class. It’s an amazing experience and I feel great that I’ve taken time for self care and pushed myself. I feel comfortable and empowered knowing I can participate to the best of my ability. The class is so special.

    I can say I genuinely enjoyed this class. I really did not know what to expect. My girlfriend signed me up to go with her and I did it lol. Scott’s energy is unmatched . This class teaches you what I feel is emotional control. You go from meditative music and being mindful to dancing to Beyoncé and house music. Nice view out the windows and great instructor .

    I went in person when I was in the city last and loved it. This is saying a lot because I used to despise cardio. I hated burpees with passion and generally had a hard time motivating myself to exercise. But after attending once, something moved internally. I have now started doing The Class nearly every day via the livestream. I genuinely enjoy it; it gives me something meaningful that I was missing from exercising for exercise’s sake. From The Class

The Class is a cathartic workout experience that guides you to strengthen the body and notice the mind to restore balance. The practice is mat-based and music-driven. We repeat one move per song to create sensation in the body and observe our thoughts. In any given Class students can expect guided instruction and a carefully curated playlist to lead them through exercises they are familiar with such as—squats, jumping jacks, and burpees. The result is a mental clearing and emotional release. Through continued practice students develop tools to empower their life, along with an incredibly strong, resilient, body.
